We will arrange for regular cleaning of common areas and various statutory inspections, and will inform you of the current status of the building in a "monthly inspection report."

Providing property information

If you share information about the property you currently own, we will provide you with an estimate for management fees, etc. during the interview.

Step 3

Management System Information

We will propose our management menu based on the contents of our preliminary interview. Please let us know your convenience, such as a home visit, in person at your office, or online.

Step 4

Application for change of management company

If you decide to change management companies, we will hold a meeting with the current management company to discuss terminating the contract. You can leave everything to us except for submitting the necessary documents.

Start of management work

Our staff will respond to your inquiries via email, phone, etc. We have a system in place to respond to your concerns not only about management, but also about buying and selling and taxes.

Building management content

Regular cleaning

In addition to sweeping and mopping the entrance, hallways, stairs, and trash area , you will also clean glass and wax floors.

Maintenance management and patrol inspections

We perform regular inspections of facilities (water supply and drainage, fire protection, electricity, etc.) and maintain exterior structures and plantings.

Legal inspection

We perform inspections of firefighting equipment and regular inspections of elevators.
