Japan's commercial real estate investment reaches an all-time high.

I saw the news that real estate investment in Japan reached a record high for the first half of 2026 😊

 

According to JLL, commercial real estate investment in Japan from January to June of this year totaled 3,751.7 billion yen, a 17% increase compared to the same period last year. Furthermore, it is projected to reach approximately 7 trillion yen by the end of 2026! 😲

Offices account for 45% of the total, while hotel transactions are expanding to regional areas, and acquisitions of rental housing by overseas investors are increasing.
