[Chinese] Rent increases expected for logistics facilities in Japan.
I recently came across some interesting news about logistics facilities in Japan 😊
According to a survey by Ichigo Real Estate Information Service, 65.0% of respondents believe that rents for logistics facilities will "rise" in six months, the highest percentage since the survey began in 2008.
Now that online shopping is commonplace, logistics facilities that store and deliver goods are an indispensable part of our lives. Rising construction costs and inflation are said to be driving up rents, and looking at these figures, I'm reminded that real estate investment in Japan isn't just about apartments. Residential, hotels, offices, logistics facilities... The demand for each is different, which is why the Japanese real estate market is so complex. 😊
